I am wanting to add information to my original complaint. Tracking#11589822 When I called in the electrical issue to AAA the agent said this is a common problem on these cars.
The contact owns a 2020 Mercedes-Benz C300. The contact was reversing out of her driveway at 3 MPH, the contact was using her rearview camera.
Dashboard reading incorrectly. Blackout screen while driving. Mileage incorrectly reading. Speed limit incorrectly reading while driving the Dashboard pick up the undercarriage camera. The electricity on the car keep popping up.
While I am driving my car it will make a loud crackling sound then my screens go black and warning sounds go off! This is not normal and I read there are recalls but when I entered my vin# nothing came up.
Car stops accelerating and shifts into neutral without warning I nearly got hit from behind. I have consulted several other Mercedes vehicle owners and all had the same issue.
Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle, it was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a dealer sale.
