What owners report
Car sunroof exploded while driving on highway, was going 65 on the 75(N central expressway) Dallas,TX. 3 passengers (family) in car and witnessed the incident. Glass shattered and got all over us, minor injuries such as cuts.
I was driving along the highway and my sunroof exploded. I immediately pulled over and saw that the sunroof had blown up from the inside as the glass edges were facing up.
What is considered the “infotainment center” is what Honda is calling “ghosting”. It randomly selects things or doesn’t work. It makes it impossible to use maps via this device taking out the safe option to use directions.
Head gasket needed to be replaced. Coolant leaking into cylinders, sudden loss of motive power / engine misfires while driving. Driving on the highway, and trying to accelerate, there is a hesitation and vibration and also when letting off the gas.
On XXX i got an error on my vehicle's infotainment system saying "OTA update error code TT04. Update Unavailable, see your dealer". I went to my dealer at AutoNation Honda O'Hare Service Center, address [XXX].
The vehicle's infotainment touchscreen intermittently registers phantom/ghost touches without anyone touching the screen. It randomly changes radio stations, screens and functions.
