車主怎麼說
I rented a 2020 Ford Mustang on 01/16/2024. I drove it home and didn't use it until 01/28/2024 for short trip to the grocery store. I waited in the car and kept it running while my daughter shopped.
Lane departure lane assist failed along with the blind spot and viper visibllity caused me to crash my vehicle. Insurance refusing to fix. This need to be investigated.
The trunk wiring which powers the tail lights, brake and parking lights, turn signals, trunk light, and the back up camera is too short, and it stretches and breaks when the trunk is opened and closed. Ford is aware of the issue, but is unwilling to fix it.
My backup camera is inverted (mirrored), causing safety concerns.( left is right). I am waiting for the 26C11/NHTSA 26V-123 software patch.
Backup camera not working screen says see dealer. We thought car was included in ford back over prevention recall 25v442000 ford recall 25s72. however we are being told no recall exists and have to pay to fix it ourselves.
Transmission would hesitate and jerk very aggressively. If trying to accelerate, the car wouldn’t move at all. Constantly jerking or pulling forward very hard when shifting from park to drive or even while trying to accelerate.
