What owners report
I am submitting this complaint regarding an accident involvingmy 2022 chevrolet tahoe. While I was driving normally, the rear wheels suddenly locked up, causing the vehicle to spin out of control and crash into a wal.
I had an accident in this vehicle where the airbags deployed upon impact (as they were designed). However, once airbags deployed, my vehicle was filled with smoke (from the airbags) and all of my windows were covered and I couldn't see out.
I am the original owner of my vehicle. It is essentially 4 years old and the evaporator coil has gone out on the vehicle. The evaporator coil goes passed just cooling the car. It affects the defrosting and temperature of the windshield for safety.
Onstar hardware failure. I have already replaced the onstar module in 2023 due to failure. Now the hardware has failed again. No longer under warranty and GM will not replace.
ONSTAR module does not work. GM dealership claims the hardworking malfunctions and needs replacement for $800. Onstar is advertised as a safety feature that is now unable to be used.
A GM software update removed the ability to seek radio stations using the steering-wheel controls, forcing me to use the center infotainment screen for a routine task that previously could be done without looking away from the road.
