I was driving into a parking space and my 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning had a sudden unintended acceleration, which caused vehicle to crash into the concrete block wall in front of the parking space.

The factory Pedestrian Alert System on my 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning produces an exterior warning sound at low speeds that is insufficiently audible to pedestrians in normal parking-lot conditions.
We were driving down the road, hit a normal bump outside our neighborhood (one we go over all the time) and the rear window glass went bang. Looking through the rear view mirror, I saw that the entire window was cracked (like a spider web).
Horn stopped working unexpectedly. Took it to my mechanic who pulled the horn for replacement. The one in the truck had literally melted, luckily not causing a fire.
I am reporting a safety-related transmission problem I experienced with my 2022 Ford F-150 equipped with the 10R80 automatic transmission.
