The contact owns a 2024 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, after making a right turn, the front passenger's side wheel detached from the ball joint. The vehicle was uncontrollable. The vehicle crashed into a street sign.
As I was driving in the left lane of a four lane local road. I passed over a small hump in the road. The suspension lifted and as it settled. I lost control of the steering and the truck abruptly pulled left.

On 12-4-2025 I purchased a set of kumho mavis mountaineers apt tires at the Thomson GA. location. They didn't balance the tires when they were installed. So I had to go back for them to be balanced.
