The contact leased a 2025 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that upon pushing the button to open the hatch, the hatch would automatically come down once a person moved from under the liftgate.

Vehicle could not brake. The abs brakes did not function and forward collission warning did not go on causing a collission with another car that cut in front of car. This caused collission, airbags to deploy and car is totaled.

A software error may cause the rearview camera to display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
風險: The loss of the rearview camera image while in reverse can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
