Unintended acceleration. When you stop the truck, and have the brake on, the rpms go down to idle ~650. As soon as you lift the brake, without touching the accelerator, the vehicle starts ramping up the rpms and moving.

Attempted to shift out 4-wheel high back into 2-wheel drive. On the dashboard, both 4 wheel high and 4-wheel low were flashing yellow/orange. Put truck into park to clear, nothing continued to flash.

As many have spoken about already, I have the hesitation or lag from stop or rolling at very slow speeds. I kind of learned to live with it but feel it's getting worse. My wife had to drive the truck, and she said it was very scary and did not feel safe.

The TCM is faulty. There is a tsb so Toyota is well aware of the issue. They will not take care of it under the power train warranty. The TCM doesn't shift the vehicle correctly. This lag and funny shifting almost caused an accident.
