What owners report
On May 30, 2026, my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe was involved in a multi-impact interstate collision in the Sandy Springs/Atlanta area while traveling with my family which includes 1 year old kid.
Child opened the back hatch (as instructed). The child then pressed the button to close the back hatch. Fingers were trapped at the bottom of the hatch, and the hatch “clamped” into position.
The fuel range calculation is often very wrong in our plug in hybrid. This issue has been brought to the attention of the manufacturer and dealer with no results but pointing at the other organizations.
We were notified there was a recall and to schedule an appointment to get the update. We did and it was updated. It hesitated when we drove it the next day and everyday after.
sunroof shattered completely without any force of impact. The glass appears to have imploded.
Fuel door mechanism stops working leaving you unable to add fuel. Is a constant complaint in 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicles. My vehicle's door mechanism as stopped working 53,000 miles as well.
