• On XXX, I was loading items in the rear cargo area of an Avis rental vehicle, a 2025 Hyundai Palisade when the power liftgate was fully open above me, without warning and without me commanding it to close, the liftgate unexpectedly came down/fell.

• I believe this is related to RECALL 235, Veh was parked on the street, thank god. The Palisade then spontaniusly caught fire, fire department had to be called and insurance company says its a total loss. Fire started in the rear driver side.

• My 2020 Hyundai Palisade experienced repeated instances of the engine cooling fan continuing to operate after the vehicle was completely shut off. In one instance, the fan ran for about 90 minutes after shutdown.
