On November 11, 2025, while reversing inside a garage, the rearview camera image— which had initially displayed correctly on the vehicle’s screen—suddenly froze while the vehicle remained in reverse mode.

I am reporting a recurring electrical and mechanical system failure on a 2024 Lexus RX 350h Luxury. On [XXX], the vehicle suffered a total power loss that rendered the electronic door latches unresponsive to all inputs.

Battery drains which locks car unexpectedly. No warning, even with car FOB inside car which creates a safety issue if child or someone is in the car. All doors lock and with no access to FOB cannot open the door with manual key.
