What owners report
The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The contact stated that her husband pressed the automatic liftgate button to close, unaware that their child was near the trunk.
The driver side power sliding door failed to detect my [XXX] and ended up squishing it and we struggled for over a minute for the door to open. I have a video of the incident as it was captured by our security cameras, but I cannot upload it here.
My liftgate has been making loud noises upon closing. The dealership checked it and diagnosed that the trunk door is mis-aligned, leaving a gap so that the door WOULD NOT SECURELY CLOSE. I was referred to the body shop to have the shocks and hinges changed.
Power sliding door on driver side cable snapped. After closing door and trying to use the door without power unable to open or close the door at all. Passengers forced to use alternate door for exit of vehicle.
The drivers side mirror fluters / wobbles / distorts the image such that it is unusable during the day and dangerous at night.
The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the hatchback independently opened. No warning lights were illuminated.
