• The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The contact stated that her husband pressed the automatic liftgate button to close, unaware that their child was near the trunk.

• The driver side power sliding door failed to detect my [XXX] and ended up squishing it and we struggled for over a minute for the door to open. I have a video of the incident as it was captured by our security cameras, but I cannot upload it here.

• My liftgate has been making loud noises upon closing. The dealership checked it and diagnosed that the trunk door is mis-aligned, leaving a gap so that the door WOULD NOT SECURELY CLOSE. I was referred to the body shop to have the shocks and hinges changed.
