What owners report
On XXX, after leaving an appointment at an office building, I returned to my vehicle and noticed that the driver’s seat recline function was not working properly. The seat was already pushed forward to its highest position and would not recline further.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated while driving at approximately 4 MPH as he was turning onto a main road, the vehicle slid on a patch of ice and slid across the roadway.
On August 10, 2026, at approximately 12,302 miles, I took the vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealer after it stalled multiple times, including once while accelerating. I also reported sluggishness/loss of power.
Driving less than 30 mph, the Forward Collision System enaged (there was nothing near the vehicle) and the vehicle suddenly jerked and braked pulling the car as if it was not in its lane.
I first brought my vehicle to the Towson MD Hyundai Service Department, near my summer home, upon receiving a warning that the front sensor was not operating. I was advised that the issue will be covered under warranty.
Adaptive cruise control controls the speed limit based on Maps or actual signs was making an error! I was in a 60 MPH area when the system would read the route number sign and mistake it for speed limit.
