*How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? -YES. [XXX] Burbank, CA, intersection [XXX] and [XXX] [XXX] ) There was a huge rainfall this evening. I was heading east on [XXX] and was about to make a "U" going back opposite direction.
Rear windshield was exploded while the vehicle is not in motion
The white paint on this vehicle is peeling off. It may come off in a large amount driving down the highway which could cause a safety issue for any vehicle nearby.
Car paint is White Orchid Pearl and had been issued NHTSA complaint about it. The manufacturer lately issued warranty for the paint limited to 7 years (Mar/2025).
The rear glass/rear windshield of my parked car unexpectedly broke after using the rear defrost on XXX I am concerned about a possible defect involving the rear glass and/or rear defroster.
Back window of vehicle just shattered while parking without any physical damaged. This happened common with 23 and 24. Did not expect happened with model 25
