The trunk on the van will close on its own. It does give a warning by beeping, but it’s happened at least half a dozen times. When the trunk comes down it happens quickly and has hit multiple people in the head. It’s very heavy too.

While at a red light or complete stop, the car completely shuts down and often have to manually restart it. Sent it in for repairs twice. Once they replaced the battery. That did not help. Brought it in again and they worked on it.
概要: Vantage Mobility, LLC (VM) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
対策: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters was mailed January 27, 2026. Owners may contact Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082.
