I was driving at 70 mph on the highway. I heard clunk and then rattling and saw smoke while losing power. Check 4wd warning illuminated. Came to stop in busy traffic and where I first parked on shoulder, saw shoulder of roadway smoking and on fire.

Electronic braking system failure. Vehicle was put in limp mode with a top speed of 62 mph. Vehicle had very little or no braking . Vehicle has less than 13,000 miles . I am the original owner.

The contact owns a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 - 10 MPH, the vehicle went into LIMP Mode and failed to properly accelerate, and the transmission unexpectedly downshifted.

Turned on vehicle and an alert popped up "Brake system control module malfunction", limited speed to 43 miles per hour, no power breaks worked. I have had no issues with brake system for the first 11k miles.

Resumo: Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
Risco: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Solução: Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026. Owners may contact Rollx's customer service at 1-800-956-6668.
