I recently was driving and my headlights went out, then smoke appeared on the passenger side of my car and immediately caught fire and my car was completely burned down.

I was driving my 2020 grand Cherokee limited 4x4 and it started to snow heavily so i was driving down this slight hill with a turn. I was not doing no more 15 miles per hour. My warning lights for service 4x4 and my traction control light where on.

Radio / navigation screen de-laminating. Radio controls malfunction while driving. I am the fist and only owner of this vehicle. Car is garaged , and only has 63,000 miles on it. No environmental reason why this would be happening.

While operating the vehicle at a low speed, it has on multiple occasions decelerated, stopped, and displayed the message "Shift to P, then desired gear." This issue has been observed on both the highway during rush hour and on local streets.

The hood will pop open while driving. There is a safety catch so it won't open all the way but it urges you to get off the road. This has happened 3 times to me already. The last time was 8/4/26.

Resumo: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and Grand Cherokee vehicles. The air bag warning label may be missing from the dashboard. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirement Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Solução: FCA US, LLC will mail owners the warning label information, free of charge. Dealers will inspect unsold vehicles and install the required label, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 25, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 52A.

Solução: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace any of the affected floor mats, free of charge. The recall began November 15, 2018. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is UB3.
