What owners report
The horn button on this steering wheel is so dangerous. I got hit by a car today because it took me too long to find the horn button instead of being able to hit the middle of steering wheel like every other car in the world. Please ask Tesla to fix this.
I think the rear passenger suspension failed causing the car to veer right and hit two parked cars
Dear NHTSA Safety Investigation Team, I am filing an urgent safety complaint regarding dangerous and premature inner-edge rear tire wear on my 2022 Tesla Model X.
The contact owns a 2023 Tesla Model X. The contact stated that while his wife was driving 65 MPH with Full Self-Driving mode activated, the rear passenger’s side tire exploded. The message “Loss Pressure Rear Tire" was displayed.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you once again to emphasize and provide additional details regarding the critical safety issue I previously addressed concerning the Tesla Model X vehicles, which is similarly affecting Tesla Model S models.
Incident Description: I was driving on the highway using Tesla Full Self-Driving (FSD) / FSD Supervised at approximately 65+ mph. Traffic conditions were moderate, and weather and visibility conditions were clear.
