What owners report
The horn button on this steering wheel is so dangerous. I got hit by a car today because it took me too long to find the horn button instead of being able to hit the middle of steering wheel like every other car in the world. Please ask Tesla to fix this.
I think the rear passenger suspension failed causing the car to veer right and hit two parked cars
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you once again to emphasize and provide additional details regarding the critical safety issue I previously addressed concerning the Tesla Model X vehicles, which is similarly affecting Tesla Model S models.
I am reporting a catastrophic suspension failure resulting in complete wheel separation on my 2023 Tesla Model X Plaid shortly after Tesla service.
Both front half shafts failed. I did research and this part is known to be substandard, was recalled in China, and remains a problem in the US.
I would like to report a significant safety concern affecting Tesla Model X vehicles, and potentially Model S as well.
