On 17 July 2026, I was attempting to park in a handicap parking place at May Washington Hospital Center. The outdoor parking lot is to the right of the hospital entrance and consists of several terraced rows with each terrace a few feet below the one above it.

Steering feels sticky/jerky when turning left. Front-left tire outer edge is severely worn down, while other tires are normal. Honda recall 24V744 for steering gearbox was completed, but the problem persists.
