What owners report
I was told by the investigators that the fire was caused by an electrical component under the passenger seat that Mercedes is well aware of.
The contact owned a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE350. The contact stated that while stopped at a traffic light, another vehicle in the opposite direction ran the red light.
The left side of the digital instrument cluster in my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 intermittently goes completely blank while driving.
while driving, vehicle issued alerts for inoperative active brake assist, inoperative distance control, inoperative blind spot assist, and inoperative active stop and go assist.
On July 7, 2026, my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 experienced a serious engine malfunction. After stopping at a traffic light, the engine began shaking violently and idling roughly.
