What owners report
My car was parked at home and hadnt been driven in hours. My neighbor contacted me, saying that my car was on fire. I went outside, and it was on fire, and the fire department was called.
The contact owned a 2020 BMW 330i. The contact stated that while accelerating from a complete stop and making a left turn, another vehicle, trying to beat the light and driving 60 MPH, crashed into the driver's side of the vehicle.
Several months ago, my digital cluster on my 2020 330i blacked out briefly and came back on. The other day, after temporarily disconnecting the batter and correctly reconnecting, the digital cluster and driver assist items all failed.
The left hydraulic engine motor mount (P/N 22117581621) completely collapsed and failed at 6 years and only 24,811 miles. The right mount was also replaced at the same time (P/N 22117581622).
The contact owns a 2020 BMW 330i. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the starter made an abnormal, grinding metal-like sound. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the starter had failed.
