What owners report
I was parked for a few minutes and I suddenly noticed a strong oder coming into my vehicle. I could not pinpoint what the smell was, but I knew that whatever was coming into the SUV was not safe.
The MBUX/center display has malfunctioned repeatedly. The enter display suddenly went to completely black on the three separate occasions, and on one additional occasion three times. MBUX system froze and became completely unresponsive.
the MBUX infotainment screen goes completely black while driving, blinding the backup camera and critical driver instrumentation.
While driving at slow speed (approx 27 mph) on an inclining road, the automatic braking system when off and abruptly slowed down the vehicle. Fortunately there was no one immediately behind my car and there was no apparent reason for the emergency braking.
