What owners report
The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The contact stated that while the vehicle was turned off and unoccupied, another vehicle crashed into the vehicle. The contact stated that the front bumper was damaged in the crash.
Sudden unintended acceleration. Pulling slowly into a parking spot and the car unexpectedly accelerated and crashed into another car which, in turn, crashed into a third vehicle.
I brought this car in recently for a Toyota recall back in late September of this year. After getting the car back, I noticed that the left front bumper cover was separted from the car near the headlight.
I have had the windshield, windshield wipers, and the wiper arms replaced on my car. The wipers streak the windshield in the field of vision. Claim was opened with toyota toyota stated that this is a common characteristic in that model of car.
The dealership wanted to charge me $300 to replace the handle for a fourth time, but they refuse to look at the internal sticking latch defect mentioned in Toyota TSB T-T2-0323-19.
The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that the exterior door handles had detached within 3 years. The local dealer was contacted, and the vehicle was scheduled to be repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
