What owners report
Sudden unintended acceleration. Pulling slowly into a parking spot and the car unexpectedly accelerated and crashed into another car which, in turn, crashed into a third vehicle.
I was stopped at a car wash, pressing on the brake pedal when all of a sudden it felt like someone rear-ended me. My car accelerated without me stepping on the gas pedal and I turned the wheel quickly to avoid hitting the car in front of me head on.
I hear cracking, flexing and popping coming from the frame/glass from my panoramic sunroof. I am worried for my safety that my roof is going to blow off or collapse when I'm driving.
paint has peeled in 2 sections on my driver's side door. Toyota states it is not under warranty and cannot assist.

I believe the windshield is defective. I have had multiple chips from small debris but it leaves a surprisingly large crack. These were from interstate driving. I had four different glass crack claims in the last two years.
