What owners report
The 2025 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid suffered a catastrophic electronic brake-by-wire and computer network failure during a low-speed stop. The brake pedal went completely mushy, and the vehicle registered zero deceleration for a full second, causing a collision.
Was driving at night going around a curve when the car jerked left sending vehicle into a spin. Hit bridge guard rail and car is a total loss. Toyota has a known issue with this LDA system in this condition.
The "airbag malfunction" light keeps coming on and off warning that there's something wrong with the airbags or the system itself. It's actually for something they have recalls for but my VIN number doesn't show up for the recall.
The front driver side bumper will not stay in place. There is a visible gap under the headlight. I have asked the dealership to fix this is issue and they stated there is not true fix for the issue.
My 2018 Toyota Camry LE went into Limp mode while drive on the highway causing jerking while driving and tons of error codes on the dash, and issues with safety systems shutting off and accelration.
