I was driving to work, at a rate of 75 mph (permitted speed limit). As I approached an intersection, I tapped the brakes to turn off the cruise control. It did not turn off. I then pressed the brake pedal and it went further down than normal.

On 7/22/26 at about 5:15pm, I was operating my vehicle, a 2022 Hyundai Palisade in the Parking lot of Publix Supermarket at Valrico Commons and was attempting to enter a parking space. I made a right from the parking thruway to enter a right parking space.

The vehicle has experienced issues for roughly 6 months randomly not starting. The lights and displays come on but it will not respond to push start. We took it in and they replaced the starter assembly about a month ago. The next day it wouldn’t start again.

The driver-side windshield wiper arm/attachment system malfunctioned. This is the same component area addressed by Hyundai Safety Recall 243 (NHTSA Recall 23V-180).
Carrocería y estructura · 2026-10-07 · ODI 11769631
The vehicle's steering wheel completely locks up in mid-turn while actively in motion. Berman Hyundai of Lincolnwood performed massive engine and transmission overhauls but twice willfully ignored my warnings about this catastrophic steering defect.
