While the vehicle was being operated normally, it caught fire. We were driving on a summer day in August. Conditions were humid, with temperatures in the mid-80s. The vehicle was on the return leg of an approximately 30-mile drive.
When loading groceries in my trunk, the door randomly closes on my head. The last time this door closed while we were loading, I tried stopping it with my hand, by holding it, so my spouse doesnt get smashed, and it will not stop at all.
All screens on dash were black and a clicking sound could be heard I side the vehicle. This has happened four times. Towed vehicle to MB dealer and they did a software update but it keeps happening anyway.
I purchased a new Mercedes Benz GLC300 2023. Last month, my friend and I were driving on I75 in Florida when we heard what sounded like a loud boom or gunshot. We quickly discovered that my sunroof had exploded.
I have a MC Benz 300 GLC with $50,000 miles. I was having heating issues so took it to the dealership, which basically advised of the issue describer below, which would cost $14k to repair.
Sunroof exploded and shattered. I heard it while driving and held on tightly to the steering wheel before I realized what it was. The dealer and my auto insurance have been called, neither picked up, and I left each a voice mail message.
