Was stopped behind a car in line in the parking lot. The truck was in drive with the auto hold brake feature enabled. The auto hold disengaged and the car rolled forward rear ending the car in front of me. Collision alert didn't sound as expected.
On Sunday, [XXX], my truck spontaneously burst into flames while parked in my front yard. I had just returned from doing a number of errands. The truck had been running fine with no indications of a problem.
The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle, the speedometer and fuel gauge were inoperable. The contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V506000 (Electrical System).
Main cluster display not working. Remainder of displays, accessories and truck works as normal
Horn stopped working unexpectedly. Took it to my mechanic who pulled the horn for replacement. The one in the truck had literally melted, luckily not causing a fire.
