I was involved in a car accident on the XXX I was in the turn lane and a second vehicle hit my driver side, spun me around, and I ended up facing the opposite direction. What occurred next is my safety complaint.
The contact owns a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E. While the contact's daughter was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle independently accelerated. The brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to stop as intended.
On 11/18/25 the following warnings appeared on the dashboard: 1) hill start assist warning; 2) Antilock brake fault ;3) pre collision assist not available; and the one-pedal drive did not function.
My 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT experienced a sudden electronic parking brake failure. The vehicle displayed a parking brake fault warning, and the electronic parking brake became stuck in the engaged position and would not release despite repeated attempts…
my car keeps showing parking break fault. there is a recall for it but it only covers cars built until february 2022 mine was built in april 2022 and it has the same exact damage
