was driving my 2022 Mustang Mach-E in "One-Pedal" Whisper mode on. I always drive in that mode because it has a great feature where as soon as I take my foot off the accelerator the car slows down significantly.
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E. The contact stated that while attempting to reverse, while shifting the gear shifter to drive, the vehicle independently accelerated. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on several occasions.
My vehicle dash displayed "vehicle not in park" multiple times immediately after I put it in the drive position. At times I could push the "ok" prompt and proceed to drive but when I slowed or.
1) The high voltage junction box failed causing the vehicle to abruptly stall on a public road. The part will be available for inspection through contacting a local dealership. 2) The vehicle completely stalled at night in the middle of a 6 lane intersection.
