The contact owns a 2022 Lexus NX 350. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the blind spot cameras failed to properly operate. The contact stated that the Mobile App was used to activate the blind spot monitoring system while driving manually.

The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
風險: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
處置: Dealers will update the rearview camera software or replace the rearview camera, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 15, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26LB02 and 26LA02.
