I was driving when I was pulled over by a police officer for speeding I was going 5 over the speed limit (Speed limit was 65). As the officer approached my vehicle, he noticed flames coming from the engine compartment before I was aware there was any issue.
On 9/1/2026 sometime between the hours of 1pm and 5pm, the rear windshield of my rogue, completely shattered. The vehicle was parked on my driveway. Nothing around my car, ring camera did not pick up anything. It simply just shattered.
Constant strong fuel smell that last for day I'm a disabled veteran and I had really bad headaches after driving each time.
I am filing this complaint regarding Nissan's handling of an open safety recall involving my vehicle and the subsequent engine failure.
